By creating an account, connecting via Steam, joining our game servers or Discord, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Our Services may require you to sign in with your Steam account. You are responsible for keeping your Steam account secure. You must be the account holder or have permission to use the account. We do not have access to your Steam password. We may store your Steam ID and other identifiers necessary to provide gameplay, leaderboards, map voting, and support.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your country) to use our Services. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian’s permission. We may require proof of age or identity where the law requires it.

Violation of these or our server/Discord rules may result in warnings, kicks, temporary or permanent bans, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
We reserve the right to ban or restrict access to our Services for any reason, including breach of these Terms or our rules. Bans may be applied per server, globally, or across all Services. We are not obligated to provide a refund or compensation for lost access. You may contact us to appeal a ban; we are not required to reverse a decision.
Our name, logos, and site content are our property or our licensors’. You may not copy, modify, or use them for your own purposes without permission. Game content (e.g. Rust) is the property of the respective game developers.
Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of leaderboards or stats, or that our servers will be free of bugs or exploits. We are not liable for any loss of progress, items, or data in-game. You use our Services at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, if any.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For major changes we may notify you via the website or Discord.
